Refund Policy

Within this policy, after receiving an order, a customer may request either a no-reason return or an exchange for 30 days.

In keeping with our customer promise, before dispatching a return, write to support@nubymy.shop for authorization. Approved return shipping is paid by nuby, including no-reason requests, exchanges, and claims involving damage, defects, quality, an incorrect product, or an omitted product.

To make the process transparent, the no-reason program excludes personalized products, clearance and Final Sale items, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods once opened. These exclusions do not reduce a customer's rights when an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete.

For easy reference, use the provided instructions to send eligible goods safely, retaining original components and packaging where reasonably practicable. An approved credit is released to the original form of payment after inspection and generally reaches the account within 5-10 business days.

For a straightforward customer experience, cancellation may be requested before shipment. Once the order has shipped, this Refund Policy governs the available return process.
